SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across Canada and the United States and shipping is free on every order. Your basket set leaves our supplier within 2 business days and arrives in 12 to 15 business days, with a tracking number emailed as soon as it is dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your set arrives damaged or faulty, message us through the contact form within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We send a replacement or give a full refund, your choice, and you do not need to return the damaged item. Because orders ship straight from our supplier, we cannot take change of mind returns once the parcel is in transit.
